Zymm Group Limited trading as Zymm Consultants provides employment advocacy and employment-related consulting services only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

All information, guidance, and assistance provided by Zymm Group Limited trading as Zymm Consultants is of a general employment advocacy nature. It should not be relied upon as legal advice. While reasonable care is taken, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes of any employment matter.

Where legal advice is required, clients are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified legal professional.

2. Scope of Employment Advocacy Services

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants offers employment advocacy services to employers and employees across New Zealand. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Employment advocacy and representation

  • Assistance with personal grievances and unfair dismissal matters

  • Support during workplace disputes and disciplinary processes

  • Representation at mediation and before the Employment Relations Authority (ERA)

  • Negotiation and settlement support

  • General guidance on employment rights and obligations under New Zealand employment law

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants does not provide services outside the scope of employment advocacy.

3. Excluded Services

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Immigration advice or representation

  • Advice relating to visa applications or immigration outcomes

  • Representation before courts or judicial bodies

Where immigration-related issues arise, clients may be referred to a Licensed Immigration Adviser.

4. Client Engagement & Responsibility

By engaging Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants , clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants acts as an employment advocate, not as a lawyer or legal representative

  • Clients remain responsible for decisions made in relation to their employment matter

  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as employment matters depend on individual circumstances and third-party decisions

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants reserves the right to decline or cease services where matters fall outside our scope or where good faith obligations are not met.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for services will be disclosed prior to engagement. Fees may be charged as fixed fees, hourly rates, or agreed consultation fees.

All fees are payable in accordance with the agreed terms provided at the time of engagement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants  is not registered for GST unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.

7. Confidentiality

Zymm Group Limited T/A Zymm Consultants treats client information as confidential and will not disclose information to third parties except where required by law or with client consent.
